Late-cancellation Policy: $10/2 hours
*Please cancel 2+ hours prior to class starting. Failure to do so will result in a $10 late-cancel charge.

*Give us a call! We can hold the door for up to 5 minutes until you arrive! 615-750-5067. If we dont pick up we may be busy helping someone & are unable to answer.

Starting Monday, February 1st, we are changing our No-Show & Late Cancellation policies to the following:  


No-Show Policy:   $20 charge.  
*If you make a reservation and fail to show up, you will be charged $20.  


Late-cancellation Policy: $10/4hours. 
*Please cancel 4+ hours prior to class starting. Failure to do so will result in a $10 late-cancel charge.  

***If you do not have a (valid) credit card on file, a note will be placed on your account to remind staff to add a card to your account in order 
to pay the fee. Once payment is collected, then you can continue to attend classes. 


How to avoid these charges:  

  1.  Book classes only if you are going to show up.
  2. Cancel your class with more than 4 hours prior to class starting. 
  3. Do not book more than 1 class per day. 
  4. Ensure you are opted into email/text notifications to receive class reservation reminders, waitlist confirmations, etc.
  5. If there is any doubt that you won't make class, please cancel. 

 

When Bend and Zen is running full force, we offer free yoga mats, shower towels, hand towels and bottled water along with multiple locker room amenities to avoid nickel and diming you. We want to make your experience here as seamless as possible! I say this to reassure you that we are not adding these fees to make money, but rather try to give everyone a chance to get into a class. It's my hope to modify these policies once we are able to increase capacity.
