Welcome to Bend & Zen Nashville located in the historic L & L Market building on Charlotte Pike. We are one of many amazing businesses housed in this building that started at as hosiery mill in 1929, turned shoe factory, turned wood mill, turned restaurant equipment store, turned what you see it as today!

The beauty of the building is undeniable, which is why we kept as much of the charm as possible in the design of our space. Between the huge 6 foot windows, cedar and pine ceilings, steel beams and concrete floors, we created Bend & Zen Nashville!

What’s all to see when you visit our yoga studio?

• A 9-foot water feature in the hot room to give you a feeling of serenity
• Custom lighting & large windows for natural light throughout the day
• Beautiful lobby with greenery and a boutique where you can purchase merchandise, yoga mats, candles, etc.
• Men and women’s locker rooms with 2 showers in each space. Shower towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, deodorant, lotion, and hairdryers provided.
• A staff dedicated to cleanliness. We only use all natural Earth-friendly products
• Infrared heat panels to provide the best heat possible
• A powerful air ventilation system in the hot room that pulls out the sweaty stale air and replaces it with fresh air. No more stinky yoga rooms!
• Some serious studio insulation that greatly reduces our carbon footprint & keeps the room nice and toasty even when it’s freezing cold outside.
• Water filling station to help you stay hydrated!
