Late-cancellation Policy: $10/2 hours
*Please cancel 2+ hours prior to class starting. Failure to do so will result in a $10 late-cancel charge.

All monthly drafts are a 3 month commitment.
After you fulfill those 3 months, your membership will roll over to a month to month basis.

(90 Day Expiration)
This membership is for individuals with a valid college I.D. Purchase in studio or email a copy of your ID to nashville@bendandzennashville.com. You must have a valid credit card on file for us to ring it up.

The Autopay Option for Individuals and/or Couples has a 3 month minimum commitment.
Once the 3 month commitment has been completed, if member wants to discontinue autopay they need to notify via email at nashville@bendandzennashville.com two weeks prior to time of cancellation.
There is a $20 insufficient funds fee on any autopay that is declined/returned to Bend and Zen via the member's Financial Institution.
All retail sales in the studio are final. Returns may be made within 30 days for an in store credit only.
